Program description
PigPox Developer Notifications is a permission-based messaging program operated by PigPox. Messages may include application status updates, requested project notifications, and service-related alerts. The program is not used for unsolicited cold outreach.
Enrollment and consent
You may enroll only through a clearly disclosed opt-in method. By checking the SMS-specific consent box and submitting your phone number, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from PigPox at the number you provide. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not preselected.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary based on the notifications or services you request. Some periods may have no messages while other periods may include multiple event-driven notifications.
Costs
PigPox does not charge a subscription fee for the SMS program. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. After a STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message and then no additional program texts will be sent unless you later opt in again.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, device status, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Mobile information and consent records are handled according to the PigPox SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
