SMS Privacy Policy
Effective August 12, 2026
PigPox uses its SMS program to send people who have expressly opted in application status updates, requested project notifications, and service-related alerts. SMS participation is voluntary.
Information we collect
When you enroll, we may collect your name, mobile telephone number, consent status, opt-in date and method, opt-out status, message delivery information, and limited records needed to operate or document the messaging program.
How mobile information is used
Mobile information is used only to administer the SMS program, send the notifications you requested, respond to HELP or STOP requests, maintain consent records, troubleshoot delivery, prevent abuse, and comply with carrier or legal requirements.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary depending on the notifications you request and activity in the applicable application or service. Standard message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
Your choices
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Declining SMS consent does not prevent you from using publicly available portions of this website or other services that do not require SMS.
Retention and security
Consent and messaging records are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate and document the program, meet legal or carrier obligations, and resolve delivery or support issues. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Contact
Questions about this policy or the SMS program can be sent to ruben@pigpox.com. Reply HELP to a program message for messaging assistance.
